Consultation Fees & Billing
Third Spring Medical is a private clinic. We do not accept Medicare or private health insurance. Fees for consultations and any treatment are discussed with you by your doctor after assessment, and services are payable at the time of service. Detailed invoices are provided for your records. A discovery call is not a medical consultation and is separate from clinical fees. Suitability and any treatment decision remain with the registered medical practitioner.
When Fees Are Discussed
Fees for consultations and any clinically appropriate treatment are discussed by your doctor after assessment. Costs are explained before you decide whether to proceed; a fee discussion does not guarantee treatment.
Men's Health Services
Initial Consultation
Medical consultation and assessment; any individual plan depends on clinical suitability
Follow-Up Consultation
Ongoing monitoring and clinically appropriate review
Pathology Testing
Pathology is arranged where clinically required. Hormone markers may be included where clinically relevant. Any applicable pathology costs are explained before testing; ask the team how these will be billed for your pathway.
Private Healthcare — Medicare and Insurance
Private billing applies to consultations and any clinically appropriate care. The billing arrangements are stated above: services are payable at the time of service, with detailed invoices provided for your records.
Other Programmes
Men’s Hormone Health follows a doctor-led assessment pathway. Costs are explained before you decide whether to proceed.

Direct Transfer. Confirm the transfer details with the clinic team when arranging payment.
Telehealth vs In-Clinic Billing
The same private billing framework applies to telehealth and in-clinic care: fees are discussed after assessment and services are payable at the time of service. Confirm the applicable fee for your appointment; this does not imply identical fees for all appointment types.
In-person care is available at Brisbane CBD — 243 Edward Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, Wilston — 102 Kedron Brook Road, Wilston QLD 4051 and Surfers Paradise — 3 Alison Street, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

Pathology arrangements vary by pathway. The medical weight-management programme includes initial pathology; optional metabolic blood testing has an additional cost. Ask the team to explain the testing and billing that apply to you.
